Everything went perfectly with my dad's procedure on Thursday. Better than perfectly! It turns out that the blockage shown by his stress test is actually a narrowing of the stent caused by scar tissue. The doctor measured the lumen and decided that it is still in excellent shape. No further action needed! Dad was very happy to say the least.
The other cool thing? I got to see the recording of Dad's angiogram! Way cool! This isn't my dad's heart, but this is pretty much what I saw (in this video the blockage is on the left hand side) Dr. said his heart is very strong - it sure looked like it, pumping pumping pumping. The body is so amazing. Dad walked out of the hospital about 4 hours later with a bandage on his leg and that's it. Score one for the good guys!
The Big Guy, JB and I enjoyed a nice dinner at Angelini's - we did have to get our tiramisu to go though since JB was reaching the end of her patience. It still tasted awesome! I got The Big Guy "Guitar Hero Aerosmith" for our anniversary (romantic huh?) and he got me "Singstar 90's" LOL! FINALLY!!! A video game I'm good at!! :o)

I'm so glad that everything is okay with your dad. My dad has had to have two surgeries for blocked arteries and I know how scary it can be.
As for video games, I am hooked on Mario Galaxy for the Wii.
